Square Enix Gives Thanks to Final Fantasy XI Players
In celebration of November 11th, also known as “11/11”, Square Enix today offers thanks to its Final Fantasy XI community through a full lineup of new campaigns, content and activities. Beginning today, players are treated to a major in-game update, featuring the conclusion to the Seekers of Adoulin main scenario, implementation of the Unity Concord system, job adjustments, and more.
Starting today and running through November 17th, all previous Final Fantasy XI players with inactive service accounts as of November 8th, are welcomed back for free during the limited-time Return Home to Vana’diel campaign. If any of the past players are missing the latest expansions or add-on content, they can reignite their adventures by taking advantage of max discounts for the download versions of the Final Fantasy XI: Ultimate Collection Seekers Edition – an all-in-one package containing every expansion from Rise of the Zilart to the latest Seekers of Adoulin.
Just by logging in, eligible adventurers can also participate in the Adventurer Appreciation Campaign and all adventurers can take part in the Idyllic Vana’diel Iniative promotion, which offers a package of 11 different campaigns as well as bonus content. Campaigns include:

- Mob Garden Campaign
- Alter Ego Extravaganza Unlimited

The Adventurer Appreciation Campaign and Idyllic Vana’diel Initiative promotions run until November 25th.
Finally, as the Seekers of Adoulin story arrives at its final stage, composer Naoshi Mizuta has created a new song that features vocals by singer Mika Kobayashi (Attack on Titan, Kill la Kill) to coincide with the event. This song will also be released in a special digital album via iTunes alongside other unreleased Seekers of Adoulin songs, featuring an exclusive digital jacket artwork created by Tetsuya Nomura.
