July 2015 Video Game Sales Results

The NPD Group has released its retail report for the month of July. Both hardware and software sales saw modest growth in July. Overall, total industry sales were up 6% to $541.9 million. Once again, PlayStation 4 was the top-selling platform in July as well as No. 1 in software sales.

The top selling games of July were as follows:

1. LEGO Jurassic World
2. Batman: Arkham Knight
3. Minecraft
4. Grand Theft Auto V
5. Rory McIlroy PGA Tour
6. The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited
7. Destiny
8. Mortal Kombat X
9. FIFA 15
10. Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare
