Bethesda Softworks has released the second in a series of seven videos defining attributes that make you S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Today’s chapter focuses on Perception to help you better understand how to deal with immediate post-nuclear threats.

Fallout 4 will be available on November 10th for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
