Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night – E3 Trailer

505 Games today released a new trailer for Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, the upcoming game from Koji Igarashi, godfather of the “Igavania” genre of gothic, exploration-focused action platformers. Bloodstained is the spiritual successor to his Castlevania series, and one of the most funded games on KickStarter of all time.

The trailer showcases an eerie new map, Church, with improved environments over earlier demos. It also demonstrates added skills for Miriam including Spear Throw, Resist Holy and Optimizer, as she uses new weapons including her Whip, Rapier and Katana to challenge a never-before-seen boss, Bloodless.
