Apex Legends Coming to Switch on March 9th; Season 8 Launches Today

EA and Respawn Entertainment, in collaboration with Panic Button, today announced that Apex Legends will launch on Nintendo Switch worldwide on March 9th, bringing the character-based battle royale experience to even more gamers and those looking to compete away from the big screen.

Today also marks the official release of Season 8 – Mayhem as Apex Legends celebrates its two year anniversary. Season 8 – Mayhem introduces the game’s 16th Legend to the arena with Salvo Mercenary, Walter “Fuse” Fitzroy. Fuse’s explosive brand of fun will be doubled with the debut of the 30-30 Repeater lever-action rifle, new items like Gold Magazine, as well as an overhaul to the Kings Canyon map which includes new areas to explore and battle across.
