New Back 4 Blood Extended E3 Trailer Revealed; Day One Xbox Game Pass Availability Announced

Warner Bros. Games and Turtle Rock Studios today released the Back 4 Blood – Extended E3 Trailer, showing off new gameplay from the upcoming first-person co-op zombie shooter, along with a first look at the game’s competitive PvP “Swarm” mode. The new PvP feature will pit teams against each other as they switch between playing as the Cleaners and the Ridden, offering a unique way to experience the Back 4 Blood world from a new perspective.

Also announced today during the Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase, Back 4 Blood will be coming to Xbox Game Pass at launch on October 12th via Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One, as well as PC.

Also unveiled today, the new Back 4 Blood PvP Playable Ridden Trailer provides a closer look at the different playable Ridden available in Swarm mode. While playing from the Ridden perspective, gamers can choose from nine Ridden variants, including the Tallboy, Bruiser, Crusher, Reeker, Exploder, Retch, Stinger, Hocker and Stalker. Each Ridden type has their own unique abilities that can be upgraded with enhancements called mutations, which can be used collectively to aid the team and help turn the tide as the match progresses.
